The Ottawa chapter of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners has developed a speakers’ bureau of professionals available to speak on personal financial planning issues.
As a tool in planning, CAFP’s Ottawa chapter is making available a pool of professional speakers to speak with community associations, service groups, employees and other interested parties. The free service involves seminars that range from 30 minutes to three hours.
The seminars cover topics such as defining what is a personal financial plan, who needs a financial planner, and how do I choose one? Participants in the seminar will also receive a copy of the CAFP “Consumer Guide to Financial Planning”.
