New VP at Power

Montreal-based Power Financial Corp. has appointed Claude Généreux as executive vice president, effective March 2. Power Financial is a member of Power Corp., for which Généreux also will serve as executive vice president. Généreux spent 28 years at New York-based McKinsey & Co. Inc., where he held various leadership positions and helped launch the company’s Montreal office in 1991. His focus has been on serving global companies in the financial services, energy and resources sectors. Généreux graduated from McGill University and Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
