A new ETF focused on international developed markets is available from Toronto-based Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. Horizons Active Intl Developed Markets Equity ETF offers exposure to developed markets outside North America, including Europe, Australasia and the Far East, with a focus on high-quality, dividend-paying companies. Management fees for the ETF are 0.8%.
