Montreal-based National Bank Investments Inc. (NBI) has made changes to certain funds, its parent company National Bank of Canada announced Tuesday.

On or about Dec. 1, NBI will reduce its management fees for certain series of the NBI U.S. Equity Fund. The new management fees will range from 0.65% to 1.75%. The new trailers will range from 0.50% to 1.00%.

As well, NBI will make a new subscription option in U.S. dollars on the F series of NBI U.S. Equity Fund available on Dec. 1.

NBI will also be changing the portfolio advisors and subadvisors for certain funds.

National Bank Trust will retain J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. as subadvisor for NBI Unconstrained Fixed Income Fund, for which National Bank Trust is portfolio manager.

NBI Emerging Markets Equity Private Portfolio will be renamed NBI Diversified Emerging Markets Equity Fund. National Bank Trust, as portfolio manager, will retain Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. and BNY Mellon Asset Management Canada Ltd. as subadvisors. BNY Mellon will delegate its responsibilities to its affiliate, Newton Investment Management (North America) Ltd.

These portfolio adviser changes are effective on or about Dec. 10.
