Atlanta, Ga.-based Invesco Ltd. has launched four index mutual funds focused on ESG and innovation.

The funds are structured as fund-of-ETFs and offer investors access to Invesco ETFs launched in 2020.

“Based on interest in our ESG ETFs and the Nasdaq Innovation suite, we are expanding the series to Canadian investors,” said Jason MacKay, Invesco’s head of wealth management intermediaries, Canada, in a release.

Each of the new mutual funds invests in a corresponding Invesco ETF on a one-to-one basis. The four new funds are:

  • The Invesco S&P 500 ESG Index ETF Fund
  • The Invesco S&P/TSX Composite ESG Index ETF Class
  • The Invesco NASDAQ 100 Index ETF Fund
  • The Invesco NASDAQ Next Gen 100 Index ETF

“Offering Canadian investors these four mutual funds represents the next step in the continued democratization of investing, advancing the growing concept that personalization in investing continues to drive benefits to the end investor, regardless of the fund structure,” MacKay said.
