Ontario Securities Commission today
said it laid charges in Ontario
Court of Justice against Dual
Capital Management Ltd., Warren
Lawrence Wall, the company’s
president, and Shirley Joan Wall,
an officer and director.
The OSC charges that Dual
Capital and the Walls traded in
limited partnership units of Dual
Capital Limited Partnership between
October 1994 and December 1996
without being registered to trade
in such securities and without
having filed a prospectus.
