(June 5 – 16:40 ET) – The Investment Dealers Association of Canada has set a date for a discipline hearing regarding Mr. Mark Fridgant before the Ontario District Council of the IDA.

The hearing concerns matters for which Fridgant may be disciplined by the IDA that are alleged to have occurred while he was employed as a Registered Representative at Moss Lawson & Co. Ltd. and Nesbitt Burns Inc.

The hearing is scheduled to commence at 1 p.m. on June 9, at the IDA offices in Toronto. The hearing is open to the public except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
