Shareholders approve name change to Jov Leon Frazer Enhanced Opportunities Fund
Toronto-based JovFinancial Solutions Inc., the manager of Horizons Advantaged Equity Fund Inc., said Monday that shareholders have approved changing the name of the fund to Jov Leon Frazer Enhanced Opportunities Fund Inc.
No other changes have been made to the fund.
JovFinancial manages in excess of $280 million of client assets.
