Mackenzie Financial today announced the successful completion of its integration plan with Maxxum Financial, combining the two companies’ employees, mutual funds, sales and client service operations under the Mackenzie umbrella.
“Our new enhanced sales team is in place; the administration of client accounts has been seamless; and the Maxxum family of funds makes an excellent addition to our current offerings,” said Phil Cunningham, president, Mackenzie Financial Services Inc. “We’re pleased the whole process has run smoothly from day one, and we’re ready to serve our clients.”
Starting today, investors have greater flexibility in their portfolios for the upcoming RRSP season. Investors in any Mackenzie or Maxxum funds sold through independent financial advisors, may now switch between any one of Mackenzie’s and Maxxum’s fund families.
