(December 5 – 14:15 ET) – Laurentian Bank will be offering electronic bill presentment service to its clients. Launched today by e-route inc., the “webdoxs” service will be available on the bank’s web site in the second quarter of 2001.

“Laurentian Bank is pleased to be able to offer the “webdoxs” service to its clients,” said Marco Fortier, senior vice president, e-initiatives. “It will nicely round out our range of electronic banking services. Clients use these services to securely do their banking when and where it is convenient for them.”

The bank already offers its secure LBC”Direct” INTERNET service, which allows clients to access their accounts and perform banking transactions such as fund transfers and bill payment.
