Investors Group Inc. has appointed new investment advisors for two equity pools in the iProfile, Managed Asset Program.

In addition, investment advisor changes will take place for Investors Latin American Growth Fund and Investors Latin American Growth Class.

The changes are set to take place on or about Jan. 20, 2004, pending regulatory approvals.

Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co. will assume responsibility as sub-advisor for the U.S. Large Cap Growth mandate of the iProfile U.S. Equity Pool replacing Provident Investment Counsel.

I.G. Investment Management, Ltd., will assume responsibility for the U.S. Large Cap Value mandate of iProfile U.S. Equity Pool replacing Alliance Bernstein.

J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management (Canada) Inc. will assume responsibility as sub-advisor for three equity investment mandates: the iProfile Emerging Markets Pool; and the Investors Latin American Growth Fund and Class. J.P. Morgan replaces AIB Govett Asset Management Ltd..

Investors Group says the changes will not impact the investment objectives of any of the mandates.
