TD Bank Financial Group reports that it is resuming operations today.

The bank says that it will “operate its businesses, systems and branches as usual subject to prevailing conditions.

Jeff Keay, media relations for TD, says that it is not aware of any casualties among its workforce. “We believe all staff have been accounted for.”

Bank of Montreal has also resumed normal banking operations at its offices and branches. The bank says its brokerage and investment banking offices and branches are open today although the closure of the TSE and other North American exchanges and U.S. fixed-income markets will limit some services. It says full operation of these services will resume as soon as markets and exchanges reopen.
