Annette Grot has joined Queen Street Entertainment Capital Inc. as vice president, finance to assist in corporate finance and acquisitions.
Grot was previously vice president at Imperial Capital Bank Entertainment Finance in Los Angeles as well as head of Equicap Financial Corp., a division of Alliance
Atlantis Communications, and associate, corporate finance, at Smith Barney in New York. Since Queen Street trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, her appointment is subject to TSXV approval.
Grot will work closely with Melissa Taylor, vice president, business & legal affairs of Queen Street, analyzing potential library and distribution acquisitions.

Prior to Queen Street’s acquisition of Knightscove Family Films, the Knightscove management team had identified a number of potential libraries and Queen Street is now vigorously reviewing these potentials.
