Montreal-based Addenda Capital Inc. has appointed Myriam Larcher as chief operating officer and chief financial officer, effective today.

Larcher was part of the founding team of Addenda in October 1996 acting as portfolio manager prior to becoming senior vp, risk management and CFO in 2001.

Addenda says this change in senior management is in keeping with continuity and will allow the firm to maintain its focus on business development, value added and high standards of client service.

Addenda is an investment management firm specializing in the active management of fixed-income portfolios, primarily for institutional clients.
