(June 22 – 13:50 ET) – IPC Financial Network Inc. has entered into an asset purchase agreement with John F. Campbell, a Waterloo, Ont. based financial planner with IPC Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of IPCFN.
This agreement is more commonly known as IPCFN’s senior associate share program. The agreement with Campbell is significant as he is the first financial planner to join the share program from within IPCFN’s internal financial planning network. The company has over 500 financial planners in its distribution network, many of whom have expressed an interest in the share program.
The agreement between IPCFN and Campbell is worth $242,000, or 87,050 common shares of IPCFN.
“We’re delighted by John’s participation in the SASP,” says Steve Meehan, CEO. “He recognizes the partnership ability IPCFN offers and this is a large part of our success. There are many others within our network who share our vision and we believe this is only the beginning.”
