Technology-related risks are now the top concern for insurers

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) announced on Monday that it’s making its rulings available through the Canadian Legal Information Institute’s (CanLII) website in an effort to increase the availability of its tribunal decisions.

Specifically, the OSC’s tribunal decisions dating back to 2004 will now be included on the CanLII website, a non-profit that makes Canadian legal decisions available for free through its searchable online.

“The inclusion of OSC tribunal reasons on CanLII further enhances accessibility and transparency,” says Grace Knakowski, secretary to the OSC, in a statement. “It also enables parties and the public to search for OSC tribunal reasons online free of charge.”

The OSC will also continue posting its decisions, notices of hearing, statements of allegations, orders and settlement agreements on its own website.
