Industry veteran and client engagement expert Julie Littlechild Thursday announced the launch of a new program that will offer financial advisors a backstage pass to innovative businesses around the world.

Each month, “The Spotlight” will examine how an innovative advisor or firm thinks about success, while providing access to the tactics, tools and resources they use to run their businesses.

Participants will be supported in implementing the ideas they hear through a personal action plan, an online study group, and insights from an expert panel.

“The Spotlight program will not simply profile the biggest advisors. Instead, we’ll be focusing on those who are doing something different and unique,” said Littlechild in a release.

“The reality is there is not a shortage of ideas that advisors can implement; it’s harder to find ideas that have been tested in the trenches, along with the tools to take action. The Spotlight program is a bit like attending a ‘top producer’ panel at a conference, but with the ability to follow participants back to their offices and see how they are really running their businesses,” Littlechild said.

Advisors profiled are contributing their time and ideas to raise money for a charity of their choice, with 15% of all revenue going to the charity, Littlechild says.

The first Spotlight launches on November 26 with an
in-depth profile of Katherine Liola, president of McLean, Va.-based Concentric Private Wealth.

Liola is a triathlete, Ironman, mother of two, and was in 2014 recognized as one of Investment News’ 40 under 40. She will share her path to success and her unique approach to creating a business that aligns with one’s own personal goals.

Details of The Spotlight program, including registration and the specific tactics being examined in each segment can be found at www.IfNotNowResearch.com.

Registration for the Liola profile is open now.
