Lévis, Que.-based Desjardins Group is forming a partnership with Blainville, Que.-based Conseil des professionnels en services financiers (CDPSF) through which the CDPSF will be providing ongoing training to mutual fund representatives in Desjardins’ caisse network in Quebec and Ontario beginning July 4.

“Our representatives’ training is a measure not just of high-quality service delivery, but also of greater customer satisfaction in the area of wealth protection and accumulation,” says Chantale Picard, vice president of sales and distribution with the caisse network and member and client services with Desjardins Group, in a statement. “This partnership also reinforces our commitment to our professionals and to the continuing education requirements.”
