Mike Scott, managing director at RBC Dominion Securities, explains the strategies that enabled RBC to remain top-ranked among the bank-owned brokerages in the 2013 Brokerage Report Card. RBC scores increased in 36 of 38 categories, with 17 of those being significant improvements of 0.5 points or more. Scott credits the RBC success to an open-door policy for advisor feedback, strong marketing support and a wealth management focus that grew HNW numbers by 20%.
